Mayor & City Council

The mayor and city council members are elected by city residents. They can be reached by phone at Washington City Hall at 706-678-3277 or at P.O. Box 9, Washington, GA 30673. The City Council holds its regular monthly meeting the second Monday of each month starting at 6:00 pm. Meeting location is the Edward B. Pope Conference Center at 48 Lexington Avenue, Washington, GA 30673 unless otherwise posted. Meetings are open to the public.
